Overview

The Forecr DSBOX-AGX is a high-performance industrial fanless box PC built around the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin system-on-module, delivering up to 275 TOPS of AI compute for demanding edge AI and robotics applications. Designed and manufactured by Forecr, a Netherlands-based embedded AI specialist, the DSBOX-AGX combines a rugged aluminum enclosure with flexible mounting options — DIN-rail and wall mount — to fit seamlessly into industrial cabinets, vehicle compartments, and factory floor deployments.

At its core, the Jetson AGX Orin module features a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU with up to 64GB LPDDR5 memory and a 2048-core NVIDIA Ampere GPU with 64 Tensor cores. The DSBOX-AGX pairs this with 128GB or 256GB of NVMe SSD storage and four Gigabit Ethernet ports for reliable wired networking in industrial environments. Optional integrated 4G LTE or 5G modems with dual SIM slots add cellular connectivity for remote and mobile deployments. Wireless connectivity is provided via WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2.

The DSBOX-AGX is engineered for harsh environments with a wide -25°C to 80°C operating temperature range, 9-36V DC wide voltage input, and CE/FCC/UKCA certifications. Rich I/O includes HDMI 2.1 (8K60), USB 3.2 ports, USB-C, RS-232/485 serial, and CAN FD for automotive and industrial automation protocols. Ideal use cases include autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), machine vision inspection, intelligent video analytics, smart manufacturing, and edge AI inference servers.
