Overview

Darsi Pro is e-con Systems' production-ready edge AI compute box, built on the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX module and launched at CES 2026. It exists to solve a specific integration problem: a robot or roadside cabinet needs several cameras, real-time inference and an industrial power and thermal envelope, and building that from a developer kit is neither rugged nor repeatable. Darsi Pro packages the Jetson module with multi-camera GMSL2 capture, a wide operating temperature range and industrial-grade construction.

The most concrete published benchmark is automatic licence plate recognition. Running on Darsi Pro with multiple 4K GMSL2 cameras, e-con Systems demonstrated 99.1% ALPR accuracy on US plates across day and night conditions at ITS America 2026. That workload is representative of the box's design point — several high-bandwidth camera streams decoded, registered and run through inference pipelines concurrently, with the results streamed out to a fleet or a control room.

Camera compatibility is a strong argument for the platform. Darsi Pro supports e-con Systems' GMSL camera portfolio including the STURDeCAM31 3 MP Sony ISX031 sensor with 120 dB HDR, the STURDeCAM88 4K 140 dB HDR front-view camera and the STURDeCAM57 5 MP RGB-IR global shutter camera, and it pairs with the DepthVista Helix iToF depth camera for robot-arm and palletising work. On the software side, e-con Systems pairs the hardware with CloVis Central, an end-to-end platform that combines camera hardware, edge AI analytics and cloud management — useful where the customer wants traffic or safety analytics rather than a bare compute box.
