Diamond Systems Corporation, based in Mountain View, California, has been designing and manufacturing embedded computing solutions for over 35 years. Their NVIDIA Jetson portfolio stands out with a unique value proposition: integrated analog and digital data acquisition (DAQ) directly on the carrier board — a capability rarely found in the Jetson ecosystem and highly valuable for military, aerospace, and industrial control applications that need to sample sensors while running AI inference on the same device.
The Osbourne-ER flagship carrier pairs the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin (up to 275 TOPS) with 6 channels of 16-bit analog input, 2 channels of analog output, 12 GPIO lines, dual CAN bus, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet — all on a compact 165×137mm board qualified to MIL-STD-202H and MIL-STD-810H for shock, vibration, and temperature extremes. The Jackson platform brings similar DAQ-free I/O density to the more cost-effective Jetson Orin NX and Orin Nano modules. Complete JetBox enclosures wrap these carriers into deployable systems with front-panel I/O access, screw-terminal field wiring, and GMSL camera support.
Diamond Systems serves defense primes, autonomous vehicle integrators, and industrial OEMs who need NVIDIA GPU acceleration plus sensor acquisition, CAN vehicle networking, and MIL-SPEC environmental qualification in a single integrated assembly — with full JetPack Linux OS and BSP provided at no cost. Custom carrier design and manufacturing services are available for high-volume programs.
