Overview
MultiLane provides the 224G/lane test-fixture ecosystem required to validate 1.6T OSFP pluggables for AI networking. The family centres on the ML4064-MCB-224 module compliance board — one of the first 224Gbps/lane MCBs to market — which validates next-generation 1.6T modules with loss profiles adhering to IEEE 802.3df and high-performance SMPS connectors for bandwidth up to 110 GHz.
Complementing the MCB are the ML4064-HCB-224 host compliance board, active and passive loopbacks, the ML4067-224 channel emulation board (11 traces at 92Ω and 11 at 100Ω covering 4-30 dB loss at 53.125 GHz), the ML4065-LB-224 64-lane loopback, and the ML5105-XPO host emulator. All boards expose full CMIS management through a USB CMIS GUI and feature in OIF CEI-224G interoperability demonstrations.
