Overview
Keysight's AI data center test portfolio validates the electrical and optical infrastructure behind 1.6T networking. The INPT-1600GE is a 1.6T Ethernet hardware test platform built to sustain performance under AI workloads, while the ITS (Interconnect and Network Performance Tester) software validates AI infrastructure and data-center interconnects from 100GE to 1600GE.
For component-level work, Keysight offers a 224G test portfolio built on its Digital Communication Analyser platform, covering both electrical signal-integrity measurement and optical transmitter validation at the lane rates used in 1.6T modules. These applications support standards-aligned characterisation during development and repeatable workflows for high-volume manufacturing.
Keysight has demonstrated 1.6T Ethernet interoperability with Broadcom and completed end-to-end UET traffic testing on Nokia data-center switching platforms.
