Overview
The Fluke 5730A High Performance Multifunction Calibrator is the metrology-grade successor to the 5700A/5720A line, aimed at laboratories that calibrate long-scale 8.5-digit digital multimeters.
Improved AC voltage, AC current and resistance specifications increase test uncertainty ratios and reduce guardbanding, while Artifact Calibration allows the instrument to be adjusted against a small set of external standards. Paired with a Fluke 52120A transconductance amplifier it extends to 120 A of output current.
Key Benefits
Calibrates the most demanding 8.5-digit DMM workload. Artifact Calibration reduces reliance on external AC artifacts. Full Met/CAL compatibility with existing 5700A/5720A procedures
Applications
Primary and secondary calibration laboratories; 8.5-digit DMM and calibrator calibration; RF voltmeter support with the wideband option; high-current calibration with the 52120A amplifier.
