Overview
The EXFO BA-1600-OSFP Bit Error Rate Tester delivers up to 3.2T test capacity with two independent 1.6T OSFP ports, optimised for cable and transceiver validation. It is the latest in EXFO's line of test solutions supporting AI infrastructure from chip to system to data center.
EXFO introduced the instrument at OFC 2026 as a key device for 1.6T testing, alongside automated photonic integrated circuit (PIC) testing from wafer to die and high-speed field solutions up to 400G/800G and coherent.
