The ADATA IM2S31C8 is part of ADATA's industrial 31C SSD family, which ADATA announced around 112-layer 3D TLC (BiCS5) flash memory. The 31C series spans 2.5-inch, M.2 2280 and M.2 2242 form factors so one flash platform can serve a range of embedded products.
