Overview

The SpacemiT K3 Pico-ITX is the reference single-board computer for the SpacemiT K3, described by its maker as the world's first RVA23-certified RISC-V AI platform. Instead of pairing a CPU with a bolt-on NPU, the K3 integrates eight X100 general-purpose RISC-V cores and eight A100 AI cores into one homogeneous architecture running a single Linux image — eliminating the driver and memory-copy overhead that normally separates host CPU from accelerator.

That architecture delivers 130 KDMIPS of general compute and 60 TOPS of AI throughput across BF16, FP16, FP8, INT8 and INT4. In third-party testing the board ran a 30-billion-parameter language model at more than 10 tokens per second, making it one of very few fanless-able platforms in the 15-25 W TDP class capable of useful local LLM inference.

I/O is unusually rich for a 100 x 86 mm Pico-ITX Plus board: eight PCIe lanes spread across five controllers with RC/EP and hot-plug support, a 10GbE SFP+ port alongside 1GbE, four Ethernet MACs with TSN, 12 MIPI-CSI lanes for multi-camera vision, and ten CAN-FD controllers for robotics and industrial control buses.

The platform is available both as this Pico-ITX board and as the Banana Pi BPI-SM10 (K3 CoM260) developer kit, with Canonical-backed Ubuntu support alongside Bianbu 4.0 and OpenHarmony 6.1. QS Compute can quote boards, kits and volume module supply for edge AI, robotics and on-device LLM terminal programmes.
