Overview
The Luckfox Core1106 and Core3506 are castellated system-on-module core boards designed for direct soldering onto a customer carrier. The Core1106 is based on the Rockchip RV1106 vision SoC; the Core3506 uses the Rockchip RK3506B industrial SoC.
Both expose a 112-pin 30 x 30 mm footprint with integrated Ethernet PHY, MIPI CSI camera inputs, display and audio interfaces, making them suited to compact embedded vision and control products.
Key Benefits
112-pin castellated modules with integrated NPU, ISP, Ethernet PHY and camera/display interfaces, in a 30 x 30 mm footprint for cost-efficient embedded product design.
Applications
Embedded vision modules, AI cameras, industrial control boards, IoT sensor modules and custom carrier-board products.
