Overview
The Banana Pi BPI-M7S is a Raspberry Pi-footprint board built on the Rockchip RK3588s. The SoC combines four Cortex-A76 and four Cortex-A55 cores with a Mali-G610 MP4 GPU capable of 8K-class decode and a 6 TOPS-class NPU path supporting INT4/INT8/INT16 mixed precision for TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX and TFLite models.
Configuration runs from 8 GB to 32 GB of 64-bit LPDDR4x and 16 GB to 128 GB of eMMC. On-board Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 (AIC8800) complement a Gigabit Ethernet port with optional PoE, and a 48 MP ISP with HDR and 3DNR feeds a 2-lane MIPI CSI camera input.
