Overview
The Axiomtek GOT3187W-834-PCT is an 18.5-inch WXGA fanless panel computer with projected-capacitive multi-touch. The 1366 × 768 screen at 350 nits is the practical size for a machine-side HMI or a production dashboard: large enough for an operator to read a line overview from arm's length, small enough to swing with the machine guard.
PCAP touch rather than resistive means glove-compatible, multi-finger operation and a front face that can be wiped down without wearing through a membrane. The fanless Bay Trail-D platform brings dual Gigabit Ethernet and multiple RS-232/422/485 ports, so the panel can sit directly on the plant network and on legacy serial PLCs at the same time — no separate protocol converter box.
The modulised design separates the display/panel section from the system section, which is what makes field service realistic: a failed system board is swapped behind the panel rather than requiring the whole unit to be removed.
