The SINTRONES VPC-101RB2S is a rugged, fanless Edge AI panel PC that fuses a sunlight-readable 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 touchscreen with NVIDIA Jetson Orin AI compute and a GMSL-2 camera deserializer. It is designed as an operator-facing HMI for outdoor and heavy-industry environments where the display must stay legible in direct sun and the enclosure must survive washdown, impact and dust.
The panel combines optical bonding, anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coatings with IK08-rated cover glass and an IP66-rated enclosure, and every port uses rugged waterproof connectors. Inside, the system takes NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX (16GB or 8GB) or Orin Nano 8GB modules with 1024 CUDA cores, scaling to 157 TOPS of inference while adjustable power modes let it run as low as 7W for energy-sensitive deployments.
For vision workloads the VPC-101RB2S accepts up to four GMSL-2 cameras over coaxial cabling with simultaneous power delivery, plus additional USB and IP cameras. Peripheral and sensor control is handled through CAN, DIO and COM ports, with M.2 WWAN/WLAN, GNSS and optional PoE+ Ethernet for connectivity. A DC 9–60V input with smart power management keeps the unit running through voltage fluctuations, and a top-accessible removable tray simplifies RTC battery maintenance. Operating from -25°C to 60°C, it targets mining trucks, smart agricultural machinery, autonomous heavy vehicles and other rugged AI-HMI roles.
