The Intel Gaudi 3 HL-325L is the OCP Accelerator Module (OAM) form of the Gaudi 3 AI accelerator, intended for system designers who build their own 8-way baseboards. Each mezzanine card carries 128 GB of HBM2e at 3.7 TB/s and delivers 1,835 TFLOPS in FP8 with sparsity, and it integrates twenty-four 200 Gb Ethernet RoCE ports directly on the card — so an HLB-325 baseboard of eight HL-325L cards taps out to the fabric without a separate NIC tier, which is where Gaudi's cost-per-port advantage over GPU-plus-NIC designs comes from.
