The AMD Instinct MI450X (codename "Altair") is an at-scale AI training and inference member of the MI400 series built on the CDNA 5 architecture. It shares the series' 432 GB HBM4 / 23.3 TB/s memory subsystem and is deployed alongside the MI455X in AMD's Helios rack-scale platform.
