Overview
The XC7K410T (ordering code XC7K410T-3FFG676E) is a mid-range Kintex-7 FPGA with 406,720 logic cells, 1,540 DSP48E1 slices, 28,620 Kb of block RAM and 24 GTX transceivers running up to 12.5 Gb/s, in a 676-ball FCBGA.
Kintex-7 was the first FPGA family to put a 28 nm mid-range device at a price and power point that competes with previous-generation high-end parts, and the XC7K410T is its mainstay: 500 user I/O pins, DDR3 memory interface to 1,866 Mb/s, and enough DSP and BRAM to implement multi-channel beamforming, video pipelines or high-throughput financial and network processing on one device. Designs are built with AMD Vivado. We supply the XC7K410T-3FFG676E factory-sealed through distribution channels — contact us for availability, lead time and pricing.
Key Benefits
Best logic/DSP-per-dollar in the 7-series mid range; 24 GTX transceivers for multi-channel backplanes; DDR3 to 1,866 Mb/s; AMD Vivado toolchain and long-life availability.
Applications
Wireless baseband and beamforming, broadcast video processing, 10G/40G networking, radar, industrial imaging and high-throughput test equipment.
