Overview
The ARBOR SB-244-MTLU is a fanless industrial box PC built on Intel Core Ultra 7/5 Meteor Lake-U processors. The Core Ultra architecture adds a dedicated low-power compute complex and an integrated neural processing unit to the conventional performance and efficiency cores, which is useful for background vision and audio inference while the CPU handles control tasks.
Networking is a strength: four Intel GbE controllers (one I219-LM PHY plus three I210-AT) allow separate segments for cameras, control networks, corporate access and device management without additional hardware. Four RS-232/422/485 serial ports are configurable in software with automatic flow control.
Storage combines a 2.5in SATA bay, an M.2 M-Key 2242 SATA slot and an M.2 M-Key 2280 PCIe x4 NVMe slot. The M.2 2242 and 2.5in devices can be configured as RAID 0 or 1 for either performance or redundancy on the boot volume.
The aluminium chassis measures 200 x 140 x 49.2mm and supports desk, wall, VESA and optional DIN-rail mounting. Power input is DC 10-36V through a 2-pin Phoenix connector with a remote on/off input, and the system ships with TPM 2.0 via a Nuvoton NPCT760AABYX and support for Windows 10/11 and Ubuntu 24.04.
