Overview
The Advantech MIC-770 V3 is a compact fanless edge computer built around a socketed LGA 1700 CPU, accepting 12th, 13th and 14th generation Intel Core i processors on Intel R680E or H610E chipsets. Because the CPU is socketed rather than soldered, the platform can be specified across a wide performance band without changing the chassis, I/O or mounting.
The system runs from -20 to 60 deg C without a fan, which suits dusty factory floors, cabinets and outdoor enclosures. I/O covers dual GbE, VGA and HDMI outputs, up to three SATA 3.0 ports, a PCIe Gen4 x4 M.2 2280 NVMe slot and mSATA expansion, plus two software-selectable RS-232/422/485 ports with auto flow control. For accelerator-based inference, adding the MIC-75GF10 expansion i-Module gives the MIC-770 V3 compatibility with MXM GPU cards, turning the same fanless box into an industrial edge AI node.
