Overview
The AAEON GENESYSM-MTH6 is a slim subcompact industrial computer that fits Intel Core Ultra compute into a 190 x 134 x 43 mm enclosure weighing 0.9 kg. It targets two workloads specifically: industrial AI inference and AI-assisted video surveillance, the latter supported by three independent LAN ports so peripheral cameras do not have to share a single network path.
Processor choice spans four Series 1 (Meteor Lake) options across 28 W and 15 W envelopes: Core Ultra 7 155H, Core Ultra 5 125H, Core Ultra 7 155U and Core Ultra 5 125U. Graphics come from integrated Intel Arc, and AI workloads run on the combined CPU, GPU and NPU resources with the OpenVINO toolkit for inference optimisation.
Expansion is the distinguishing feature. The system carries three M.2 2280 M-Key slots — two supplied through the PER-SB2B expansion module and one on the motherboard — so integrators can mix NVMe storage with M.2 AI accelerator modules. A 3052 B-Key slot takes a 5G modem and an 2230 E-Key slot takes Wi-Fi 6E CNVi. Memory scales to 96 GB of DDR5-5600 across two SODIMMs.
Industrial suitability comes from the power and thermal envelope rather than the enclosure shape: a 9 V to 36 V DC input with ERP support covers 12 V and 24 V factory supplies, operating temperature runs -10 °C to 50 °C, and the chassis supports both wall and VESA mounting.
