Overview
The Robustel R5020 is a dual-SIM 5G industrial router built on the RobustOS platform. It supports 5G NR in both NSA and SA modes, with fallback through 4G LTE FDD/TDD, LTE LAA and 3G, and offers four Ethernet ports with automatic failover between Ethernet, Wi-Fi and cellular backhaul.
Beyond basic routing it carries the features industrial deployments actually use: dual-SIM redundancy, optional GNSS positioning, PoE-PD variants for powering attached devices over the same cable, ignition sensing for vehicle installations, and IPsec, DMVPN and OpenVPN for secure links. It is certified across CE, UKCA, RCM, FCC, IC, PTCRB and E-Mark depending on the model, ships in a metal IP30 enclosure measuring 48 x 100 x 125 mm, and runs from -25 to +70 C in extended operation on DIN rail, wall or desktop.
