Overview
Nanya Technology's RDIMM portfolio scales from 8GB DDR4-3200 up to 128GB DDR5 modules, giving server and AI-system builders a third DRAM source alongside the established suppliers. Its shipping DDR5 product is the DDR5-5600 family in 16GB (1Rx8), 32GB (1Rx4 and 2Rx8) configurations, with 64GB and 128GB parts in development.
The DDR5 roadmap extends from 5600 through 6400, 7200 and 8000 Mbps, with 128GB delivered in a 4Rx4 configuration. SKUs are published as quadruplets of -A/-B/-G/-H revision variants, which help designers lock a specific revision for long-lifecycle platforms.
