Overview
The Auvidea X230D is an industrial-strength development system and carrier board for the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, shipped with the 32GB AGX Orin production module (up to 200 TOPS). It provides a complete, commercially deployable platform for building and fielding end-to-end AI robotics, machine-vision and edge analytics applications, supported by the full NVIDIA JetPack, CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT and DeepStream software stack.
The X230D exposes an industry-standard CSI-2 camera interface compatible with Raspberry Pi camera modules, ArduCam, Vision Components, Framos, Basler and Allied Vision sensors. A PCIe x4 FPC extension connector can be routed through the 38507 PCIe x4 slot adapter to accept any PCIe x1 or x4 add-in card - for example single or quad Gigabit or 10-Gigabit Ethernet adapters - enabling flexible high-bandwidth I/O.
Auvidea designed the X230D with only top-side components and a flat bottom for simplified mounting, and it ships with a custom heatsink plus a standard 80 x 80 mm fan. Because all components are readily available, the platform scales to production volumes, and it offers a straightforward migration path from existing AGX Xavier (X221 / X221D) designs.
