The Premio KCO Series is a new line of x86 Edge AI Workstations that positions Intel's latest Core Ultra Series 2 (Arrow Lake-S) processors and discrete GPU acceleration in the industrial edge — a step up from fanless embedded boxes, delivering workstation-class AI performance for vision AI, robotics, and on-device large language models without sacrificing industrial reliability.
The flagship KCO-6000 pairs an Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processor (W880 PCH) with an integrated NPU and full-height, full-length (FHFL) GPU card support backed by a 600W GPU power budget over PCIe Gen 5. With 24–48V DC input and 2× DDR5-5600 up to 96GB, it targets high-intensity AI workloads such as on-device LLM inference, multi-stream vision analytics, and advanced inference at the edge.
The lineup scales down for different footprints: the KCO-3000 provides PCIe Gen 5 expansion and industrial GPU acceleration with a 500W Flex supply and 0–50°C range, while the compact KCO-2000 delivers low-profile GPU support in a space-efficient 250W chassis. At the rugged end, the VCO-6000-RPL adds FHFL dual-GPU support and a -25°C to 70°C wide-temperature, 3Grms-rated design for harsh, vibration-heavy deployments such as in-vehicle and factory-floor AI.
Premio is a Los Angeles-headquartered rugged edge computing specialist with R&D in Taipei, and consolidated its Taiwan subsidiary into a unified brand in 2026. The KCO Series extends its portfolio — long anchored by the Jetson-based JCO/WCO lines — into x86 discrete-GPU territory, giving system integrators an industrial-grade alternative to rack workstations for edge AI factories.
