Overview

The Neousys Nuvo-9154GC is a purpose-built edge AI GPU computer for autonomous mobile robots (AMR) operating in warehousing, logistics, agriculture, and industrial environments. It uniquely combines a desktop-class Intel Core 14th Gen processor (up to 24 cores / 32 threads) with a 150W NVIDIA RTX Blackwell GPU in a ruggedized compact enclosure, enabling simultaneous execution of CPU-bound SLAM and LiDAR path planning alongside GPU-accelerated real-time object recognition and semantic segmentation. Four native GMSL2 automotive camera interfaces via a single Mini-FAKRA Z connector eliminate external deserializer boards and simplify cable routing.

The Nuvo-9154GC's camera subsystem is driver-ready for selected 2MP to 8MP Sony and ON Semiconductor sensors, with configurable multi-camera pipelines up to 4×5MP at 30fps or 4×2MP at 60fps. An I²C porting mode supports integration of unlisted cameras. GPS PPS input and output pins provide hardware-timestamped frame synchronization across cameras for precise sensor fusion with LiDAR and IMU data — a critical requirement for accurate SLAM in dynamic environments.

Vehicle-grade ruggedization includes FAKRA vibration-proof connectors, a custom GPU retaining bracket to prevent PCIe disconnection under shock, MIL-STD-810H certification for shock and vibration, and an 8-48VDC wide-range power input with a 15-mode ignition delay controller. Five 2.5GbE ports (four with PoE+ and a 100W total budget) connect LiDAR units, IP cameras, and Ethernet-based sensors. Two CAN 2.0 buses interface directly with motor controllers and vehicle ECUs. Internal expansion slots for mini-PCIe WiFi and M.2 4G/5G enable wireless autonomy stacks.

QS Compute supplies the Nuvo-9154GC with full engineering support for AMR perception and navigation stacks, including GPU driver integration and GMSL2 camera bring-up.
