Overview

Corvalent CoreAI systems integrate artificial intelligence into industrial computing hardware to deliver predictive maintenance, visual recognition and real-time data analysis. The company’s CoreAI Processor reaches up to 104 TOPS while maintaining high power efficiency, and every Corvalent product can be upgraded with a CoreAI Module.

Accelerator choice is deliberately open: the Hailo-8 M.2 module handles conventional deep-learning inference, the newer Hailo-10H M.2 module adds generative AI support with up to 40 TOPS in a low-power form factor, and NVIDIA GPU cards are available where higher absolute throughput is required. This lets integrators match the accelerator to the workload rather than the platform.

Two main form factors cover deployment scale. The rackmount CoreAI system is a 19″ chassis with an Intel 12th, 13th or 14th Gen CPU, dual 2.5GbE, seven expansion slots and dual DisplayPort plus VGA outputs - recommended for energy and utilities workloads such as power usage forecasting, distribution control and grid maintenance. The CorGrid Edge device targets distributed industrial and aerospace installations with ZigBee, LoRa, NB-IoT and satellite connectivity options, SHA-256 encryption and Combo WiFi/Bluetooth 5.0. Corvalent designs and manufactures in the United States as a sole-source supplier.

Key Benefits

Up to 104 TOPS with high power efficiency from the CoreAI processor. Choice of Hailo-8, Hailo-10H or NVIDIA GPU acceleration lets the accelerator match the workload. Hailo-10H adds generative AI at 40 TOPS in a low-power M.2 module. Field-upgradable CoreAI Module protects existing hardware investments. US design and manufacturing as a sole-source supplier supports regulated and defence-adjacent procurement, and seven expansion slots with dual 2.5GbE give room for capture, I/O and network growth.

Applications

Smart cameras and video analytics, predictive maintenance, visual recognition and quality inspection, energy and utilities forecasting with grid maintenance, power distribution control, logistics automation, smart buildings, and aerospace and defence telemetry analysis.
