Overview

The Cincoze MD-3000 is the flagship of Cincoze's MAGNET machine-computing line: a DIN-rail embedded computer designed to sit inside the machine cabinet next to the drive, not in a separate control room. Its body is only 150 mm high — PLC-scale — so it fits production-line enclosures where a conventional 2U or tower system will not.

Performance is deliberately desktop-class: 14th, 13th or 12th Gen Intel Core processors running at 35-65 W, up to 96 GB of DDR5 at 5600 MHz with ECC, and dual M.2 NVMe slots for high-speed image capture and logging. That headroom is what lets a single box handle multi-camera image processing and local inference rather than streaming frames upstream.

Expansion is modular rather than fixed. The MD-3000 pairs with 2-, 4- or 6-slot SED decks and more than ten SEM modules covering I/O, PoE, M.2 and 2.5-inch storage, all fitted tool-free on guide rails. Two patented thermal mechanisms keep the CPU in contact with the top cover while external fans maintain airflow without dragging dust into the cabinet, and the design is certified to EN 61000-6-2/6-4 industrial EMC.
