Overview
The ARBOR FPC-9107-P6-G2 is the camera-dense variant of ARBOR's rugged edge AI platform family. It combines a 10th Generation Intel Xeon or Core processor on the W480E chipset with six GbE PoE ports sharing a 60W power budget, allowing IP cameras to be cabled directly to the inference host without an external switch.
Acceleration comes from either dual NVIDIA Tesla T4 modules or a single RTX 30-series card up to 250W, and the platform is validated for the Intel OpenVINO toolkit. Two externally accessible SATA SSD bays can be configured as RAID 0 or 1, keeping recorded evidence on removable media.
Vehicle and mobile deployments are supported through wide-range DC 12-36V input with configurable ignition power control and power on/off delay control, so the system can follow vehicle ACC state and shut down gracefully. Sixteen isolated digital inputs and outputs, TPM 2.0, four serial ports and dual independent displays round out the industrial interface set.
Environmental qualification follows MIL-STD-810G for vibration (Method 514.6 Category 4) and shock (20G), with operating temperatures from -20°C to 70°C depending on CPU TDP.
Key Benefits
Six GbE PoE ports with a 60W budget eliminate external camera switches; dual Tesla T4 or RTX 30-series GPU support in a rugged chassis; validated for Intel OpenVINO; RAID 0/1 on externally accessible SSD bays; configurable ignition and delayed power control for vehicle installs; 16 isolated DI and 16 isolated DO; MIL-STD-810G vibration and 20G shock compliance.
Applications
Mobile and vehicle video surveillance; bus, rail and fleet AI inference; traffic monitoring and ANPR; industrial safety monitoring; perimeter and critical infrastructure surveillance; ruggedised multi-camera analytics.
