Overview
The AAEON BOXER-6407-TWL is a 30 mm-thin fanless embedded PC built on the Intel Twin Lake platform, offered with either the 6 W Intel Processor N150 or N250 quad-core SoC. It is aimed at space-constrained installations — semiconductor manufacturing equipment, digital signage players and kiosk controllers — where a standard 50-60 mm industrial box will not fit.
Despite the 153 x 101 x 30 mm chassis it still carries three M.2 sockets, so NVMe storage, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth and 4G LTE or 5G cellular can all be fitted simultaneously without an external enclosure. Dual Intel I210-AT Gigabit controllers and two independently configurable RS-232/422/485 DB-9 ports cover the industrial I/O side, and the -20 to 60 °C rating with 3 Grms vibration tolerance lets it mount directly on moving machinery.
AAEON positions the BOXER-6407-TWL as a cost-efficient retrofit platform for upgrading existing installations, with BIOS and Linux driver downloads published on the product page.
