The Basler ace 2 a2A2590-60ucBAS is a colour USB 3.0 area-scan camera with a 5 MP Sony IMX334 rolling-shutter sensor. It streams 60 frames per second at full 2590 x 2048 resolution over USB 3.0, in the compact 29 x 29 mm ace 2 housing with industry-standard C-mount optics.
The ace 2 line adds Basler's Pixel Beyond (Bayer-to-RGB improvement), Compression Beyond (lossless and lossy image compression) and PGI image optimisation, plus a broad I/O set (opto-isolated input, GPIO, strobe) and USB3 Vision / GenICam compliance. Its small footprint and 5 MP / 60 fps combination suit machine-vision inspection, robotics guidance and electronics and packaging inspection cells.
