Overview
The Keysight Infiniium UXR-B Series is a family of real-time oscilloscopes spanning 5 GHz to 110 GHz with up to four full-bandwidth channels in one instrument. Model UXR1104B reaches 110 GHz on four channels at 256 GSa/s.
A 10-bit ADC and low-noise front end deliver high ENOB for PAM4 SNDR and jitter measurements, while digital down-conversion (DDC) speeds mmWave and coherent-modulation analysis. Memory is upgradable from 500 Mpts to 2 Gpts per channel.
