Overview
The Auvidea M20E brings 10 Gigabit Ethernet to compact embedded systems through a tiny M.2 Key E (2230/2242) add-on card. Based on the Realtek RTL8127 controller, it delivers 10GbE connectivity while drawing less than 1.5W - a combination well suited to fanless, power-constrained edge AI platforms.
Networking is exposed through a PicoBlade 10-pin connector that supports either a standard RJ45 jack or a rugged M12 X-coded connector, and PoE can be added via an optional 4-pin JST-GH. The card is designed to support NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX and AGX systems among other embedded hosts, with Linux drivers provided.
Measuring just 22 mm x 30/42 mm, the M20E lets integrators add high-speed networking to a Jetson or x86 edge system without giving up a PCIe slot or adding significant heat - ideal for machine-vision, sensor-fusion and multi-camera edge nodes that need to move large data volumes.
