The DapuStor H5100 is the Gen5 flagship of the Haishen series and one of the few enterprise SSDs that publishes a full matrix of form factor against capacity: 30.72 TB in U.2 15 mm, 15.36 TB in E1.S 9.5 mm, and 3.84 / 7.68 / 15.36 TB in E3.S 7.5 mm.
That is what makes it useful in a mixed shelf. A JBOF can mix E3.S 7.5 mm for density and E1.S 9.5 mm for the narrower bays without changing vendor or firmware, and every variant runs the same Marvell Bravera controller at 1 DWPD with up to 14,000 MB/s read.
