Overview
The Apacer PV210-M280 is an industrial M.2 2280 NVMe SSD built on a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface with NVMe 1.3 compliance and 3D TLC NAND. With an external DRAM cache it reaches up to 3100 MB/s sequential read and 2630 MB/s sequential write, and up to 222K random 4K write IOPS, in capacities from 240 GB to 1920 GB.
Reliability features include LDPC ECC, power-failure management, TRIM, over-provisioning and Apacer's DataRAID and Hyper Cache technologies, plus CoreGlacier heatsink technology for the wide-temperature version. A standard 0-70 C and an extended -40 to +85 C grade are offered, with MTBF above 3 million hours - suited to embedded, industrial PC and edge-storage designs.
