Overview
The OrangePi RV2 is a cost-effective RISC-V development board built around the Ky X1 8-core RISC-V AI CPU. It delivers 2 TOPS@INT8 of AI compute directly in the CPU — no separate NPU module needed — which removes the traditional NPU compilation step and lowers the deployment threshold.
With 2/4/8 GB of LPDDR4X, dual M.2 NVMe sockets, dual Gigabit Ethernet and dual-screen output, it is deeply adapted to DeepSeek and supports local deployment of DeepSeek-R1 distillation models on Ubuntu 24.04.
