Overview
The Banana Pi BPI-SM10 is a RISC-V AI compute module built on the SpacemiT K3. Its CPU side uses eight X100 64-bit RISC-V cores at 2.4 GHz organised as two clusters of four with 4 MB shared L2 per cluster, compliant with the RVA23 profile and RVV 1.0 vector extension at VLEN 256.
The AI side adds eight A100 AI CPU cores rated at 60 TOPS with RVV 1.0 at VLEN 1024 and 1.5 MB of tightly coupled memory per cluster. Memory runs to 32 GB of LPDDR5 at 6400 MT/s, storage covers UFS, SD and NVMe, and expansion is provided by two M.2 Key M slots (PCIe Gen 3 x4 and x1) plus M.2 Key E.
