Overview
The Banana Pi BPI-S64 is a compute module built on the Actions SOC S700, a quad-core Cortex-A53 SoC with a Mali450 MP4 GPU. The module itself packs 2 GB of LPDDR3 and 8 GB of eMMC behind a 204-pin SODIMM-DDR3 edge connector, exposing all S700 GPIO for a custom carrier board.
Banana Pi also offers a BPI-S64 kit that breaks the module out to a full-size board with Gigabit Ethernet, AP6212 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI 1.4 with HDCP, MIPI DP and LVDS display outputs, USB 3.0 and 4G LTE expansion over USB.
Key Benefits
204-pin SODIMM-DDR3 module format for custom carriers. Quad Cortex-A53 with Mali450 MP4. 2 GB LPDDR3 and 8 GB eMMC on the module. Full GPIO exposure to the carrier. Kit variant with Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI and LVDS.
Applications
Custom industrial carrier designs, kiosk and digital-signage modules, in-vehicle and 4G-connected devices, and products that need a SODIMM-form factor compute core with LVDS and HDMI display paths.
