Overview
The Axiomtek CEM500 is a COM Express Type 6 basic form-factor computer-on-module measuring 125 x 95 mm with 2.0 mm board thickness.
Processor options span the Intel Xeon E3-1505M v5 at 45 W and 6th generation Intel Core i7-6820EQ, i7-6822EQ, i5-6440EQ and i3-6100E on CM236, QM170 or HM170 chipsets.
Two DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM sockets accept up to 32 GB in ECC or non-ECC configuration. The Type 6 pin-out exposes one PCIe x16 and eight PCIe x1 lanes, four SATA-600 ports with RAID 0/1/5/10, four USB 3.0 and eight USB 2.0, plus LVDS, VGA and two DDI outputs for DisplayPort, HDMI or DVI.
