Overview
The Neousys NRU-170-PPC series is the market's first IP66-rated AI panel PC powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX or Orin Nano system-on-module. It combines a bright 10.1-inch touchscreen - 1920 x 1200 resolution at 1000 cd/m2 with a 1000:1 contrast ratio - with rugged, fully sealed compute, making it deployable on off-road vehicles, autonomous machines and outdoor installations where dust and water ingress are unavoidable.
Two variants cover different sensor strategies. The NRU-171V-PPC interfaces six GMSL2 automotive cameras through FAKRA Z connectors for surround and multi-camera vision, while the NRU-172S-PPC provides four PoE+ Gigabit Ethernet ports on M12 X-coded connectors (50W total PSE budget, Intel I350-AM4) for IP-camera networks. Both offer 1x RS-232 and 1x CAN FD on M12 A-coded connectors, two USB 2.0 ports, an M.2 B-key socket for LTE/5G with dual micro-SIM, and an M.2 M-key NVMe slot.
A wide 8V-35V DC input with integrated ignition power control suits in-vehicle power systems. The unit is engineered for fanless operation from -25C to 60C with no throttling at the top of the range in MAXN TDP mode, and carries CE/FCC Class A certification - with the NRU-172S-PPC also meeting the EN 50121-3 railway EMC standard (EN 50155). A VESA mount and IP66 M12 locking I/O complete a true drop-in outdoor AI display solution.
