Overview
The 7STARLAKE THOR11-X6 is the higher-core member of the THOR11 1U short-depth server family, built on the Intel Xeon 6 SoC 6553P-B with 36 cores and a 235 W TDP (Granite Rapids-D). A 1200 W redundant PSU supports sustained, high-density workloads.
Its defining feature is integrated precision timing: three SMA connectors provide PPS input, PPS output and a GNSS antenna port, making the THOR11-X6 suited to radar processing and time-sensitive defence applications. Eight 25GbE SFP28 ports, up to 512 GB DDR5 and MCIO PCIe 5.0 expansion complete the platform, with optional NVIDIA L4 or L40S GPUs for AI workloads.
Key Benefits
36-core Xeon 6 with 235 W TDP for the heaviest radar workloads. Built-in GNSS/PPS timing via SMA for synchronised sensing. Eight 25GbE SFP28 ports and redundant power for resilient edge networks.
Applications
Radar signal processing, precision timing and synchronisation, 5G networks, defence communications, sensor fusion.
