Overview

The AMD Instinct MI325X is a next-generation data center GPU built on the CDNA 3 architecture, designed for large-scale AI training and inference workloads. With 256 GB of HBM3E memory and 6 TB/s of memory bandwidth, the MI325X offers the highest single-GPU memory capacity in the industry — ideal for training and serving the largest large language models (LLMs), computer vision networks, and memory-intensive HPC applications.

Featuring 19,456 stream processors across 304 compute units and 1,216 matrix cores, the MI325X delivers 1,307 TFLOPS of FP16 and 2,614 TFLOPS of FP8 performance. AMD Infinity Fabric enables coherent multi-GPU scaling for massive cluster deployments. At 1,000W TDP, it requires liquid cooling or high-airflow server infrastructure.

Available from cloud providers starting at $2.25/GPU-hour, the MI325X competes directly with NVIDIA H200 in the data center GPU market. QS Compute can source AMD Instinct MI325X for enterprise deployments across APAC — contact us for cluster pricing and availability.
