Overview
The 7STARLAKE SK901-AD5000 is a ruggedized 3U OpenVPX GPGPU card built around the NVIDIA 5000 Ada GPU. It targets high-performance embedded computing (HPEC) at the sensor edge, where AI is applied to raw video and sensor data before it is moved or stored.
The 5000 Ada provides 16GB of GDDR6 with ECC over a 256-bit bus at 576 GB/s, backed by 9,728 CUDA, 304 Tensor and 76 RT cores for up to 41.16 TFLOPS FP32. The card supports NVIDIA GPUDirect RDMA to keep data movement efficient in multi-sensor, low-latency pipelines, and exposes three active DisplayPort outputs for display and video walls.
A hybrid conduction cold plate assisted by liquid cooling dissipates heat homogeneously across the payload, minimizing hot spots in sealed, fanless chassis. SOSA-aligned slot profiles, MIL-STD-810 shock/vibration resilience and a -20°C to 60°C range suit it to vehicle, airborne and fielded C5ISR deployments.
