Overview
The XC7Z045 (ordering code XC7Z045-2FFG900I) is the high-logic-density member of the AMD Zynq-7000 SoC family in its most common industrial configuration: 350K logic cells, 19.1 Mb of block RAM, 900 DSP slices and 16 high-speed transceivers, with a dual-core Arm Cortex-A9 MPCore running at up to 1 GHz in a 900-ball FCBGA.
That combination — a full Gigabit-class processing system plus a large DSP-heavy fabric and 16 serial transceivers — is what makes the ZC7045 the usual host device for multi-camera vision systems, radar and SDR front ends, and 10G/40G line-rate packet processing. The processing system carries USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet and SD/SDIO with up to 362 user I/O pins available. Designs are built with AMD Vivado and Vitis. We supply the XC7Z045-2FFG900I factory-sealed through distribution channels — contact us for availability and pricing.
