Overview
The XCKU115 (ordering code XCKU115-2FLVD1924I) is the largest Kintex UltraScale device: 1,451K system logic cells, 5,520 DSP slices, 75.9 Mb of block RAM and 64 transceivers at up to 16.3 Gb/s across 832 user I/O pins in a 1924-ball FCBGA.
It replaces what previously required a Virtex-class part, which is why the XCKU115 is common in ASIC and SoC prototyping, multi-channel radar, 400G line cards and large-scale video routing where the Virtex UltraScale premium is not justified by I/O count alone. The industrial temperature grade makes it usable outside temperature-controlled racks. Designs are built with AMD Vivado. We supply the XCKU115-2FLVD1924I factory-sealed through distribution channels — contact us for availability and pricing.
Key Benefits
Virtex-scale density at Kintex cost; 64 transceivers and 832 I/O for large switch fabrics; industrial temperature grade; AMD Vivado toolchain.
Applications
ASIC/SoC prototyping and emulation, 400G networking, multi-channel radar and EW, large-scale video routing and production switchers, high-energy physics instrumentation.
