Overview
The Axiomtek ICO520 is a DIN-rail fanless embedded computer for control cabinets. It takes a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1265UE, i5-1245UE, i3-1215UE or Celeron 7305E (all 15 W parts) with a single DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM up to 32GB.
What separates it from a generic box PC is isolation: four 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports isolated to 1.5 kV, four RS-232/422/485 ports isolated to 2 kV on Phoenix-style terminals, and two isolated 8-in/8-out DIO blocks at 2 kV. In a panel with variable-frequency drives and contactors, that isolation is the difference between a reliable installation and one that resets on every switching event.
Storage covers a 2.5 in SATA drive, an mSATA module and (on advanced models) M.2 NVMe at 2242/2280, with M.2 Key B 3050/3052 and dual PCIe Mini Card slots plus three SIM sockets for 5G, LTE and Wi-Fi. Power is 9 to 36 VDC on a terminal block, and the 83 mm-wide chassis cold-boots at -40°C.
