The CamThink NeoEyes NE302 is a compact WiFi 6 edge AI vision camera positioned for developers and makers. Its compute comes from the STM32N6 — an Arm Cortex-M55 microcontroller with the Neural-ART NPU running up to 800 MHz and Arm Helium vector support — which puts vision inference directly on the camera rather than streaming frames to a host.
The NE302 is a deliberately stripped version of the NE301, trading features for cost and simplicity. It drops the battery, the 4G LTE module, the audio wafers, the PIR motion connector, the 16-pin GPIO header and PoE support, reduces memory and storage to 32 MB PSRAM and 64 MB SPI flash, and makes the USB-C port power-only. What remains is the camera, the NPU and WiFi 6.
That makes it a low-cost platform for prototyping on-device vision — presence detection, classification, counting — before committing to a production camera design. Developers needing battery operation, cellular backhaul or PoE should start from the NE301 instead.
