Modules use a low-profile 34.9 mm heat spreader so they clear large air coolers, and are sold as single modules (CP16G60C36U5B) or dual-channel kits (CP2K16G60C36U5B black / CP2K16G60C36U5W white). They are qualified for Intel 13th/14th Gen Core and AMD Ryzen 9000 platforms and carry a limited lifetime warranty.
