Overview
The Vecow ECX-3000 series is a workstation-grade, fanless embedded system for edge AI, machine vision and in-vehicle computing. It pairs a 14th Generation Intel Core i9/i7/i5/i3 processor up to 24 cores at 65W with the Intel R680E workstation chipset and DDR4 3200 ECC memory up to 64 GB.
Networking is a standout: models carry up to eight independent 2.5G LAN ports with four IEEE 802.3at PoE+ for cameras and sensors, plus optional dual 10G via Intel X710-AT2 controllers, ideal for multi-camera AI vision rigs. Deep I/O includes 6x USB 3.2 Gen 2, up to four RS-232/422/485 ports and 16 isolated DIO.
Built for harsh environments, the ECX-3000 runs fanless from -40 to 75C, accepts a 9V-50V DC input with 16-mode software ignition control and 80V surge protection, and is certified to EN50155 and EN50121-3-2 for railway and rolling-stock use. A family of models from the ECX-3025R to the ECX-3071XR covers LAN, PoE and storage configurations, with an optional VHub OpenVINO AI accelerator for additional inference throughput.
