Overview
The OrangePi AI Studio is a modular AI mini-PC built around the Huawei Ascend 310 octa-core processor, delivering up to 176 TOPS of AI compute. It is offered in 48 GB and 96 GB LPDDR4X configurations for on-device LLM inference and edge AI workloads.
The design is deliberately minimal: a single USB4 Type-C port provides host connectivity, power is delivered through a 12V/10A DC jack, and the unit ships with Ubuntu 22.04.5. It measures 132.6 × 110.9 × 39 mm and targets local, private AI deployment.
Key Benefits
176 TOPS and up to 96 GB LPDDR4X in a modular mini-PC — a compact, USB4-connected platform for running large local models and inference workloads with high memory capacity.
Applications
Local LLM inference, private/sovereign AI deployment, edge inference nodes, AI model development and embedded AI compute expansion.
