The ARES-1230 Series is a compact fanless embedded controller built on the Intel Bay Trail SoC (Celeron N2930). The range covers four LAN configurations: the base ARES-1230 with dual Intel i210AT GbE, the ARES-1230-E adding isolated digital I/O, and the ARES-1230-PD / ARES-1230-PSE which carry IEEE 802.3af-compliant Powered Device and Power Sourcing Equipment ports so the controller can be powered over the network cable itself.
