How QSCompute Sources & Ships Industrial AI Hardware — Supply Chain You Can Trust

Published: July 3, 2026 | Category: Company | QSCompute

When you're buying $50,000 worth of GPUs for a factory-floor inference cluster, the hardware is only half the decision. The other half is: who am I buying from, and will they still answer the phone six months from now?

This post is about how we source, test, and deliver — the operational layer behind the product pages. No marketing fluff. Just process.

1. Sourcing — Authorized Channels, Verified Inventory

Every GPU we sell comes through one of three channels:

ChannelProductsVerification
NVIDIA Authorized DistributionL40S, RTX 6000 Ada, A6000, H100/H200Direct purchase orders from NVIDIA-authorized distributors. Serial numbers traceable to OEM allocation.
OEM Bulk ProcurementIndustrial SSDs, DRAM, embedded SBCsSamsung, SK hynix, Micron, Innodisk, Apacer — factory-sealed trays with manufacturer warranty intact.
Tier-1 System Builder AllocationsSupermicro, Cincoze, Advantech chassis & motherboardsAuthorized reseller agreements. Warranty registered at time of purchase.

We do not source from: gray market, crypto mining liquidation lots, refurbished/recertified (unless explicitly labeled and priced as such), or consumer retail channels repackaged as industrial. Every GPU ships with its original manufacturer serial number and can be registered for warranty on Day 1.

2. Testing — Beyond "It Boots"

A GPU that passes POST isn't necessarily reliable under sustained load. Our test protocol catches infant mortality failures before they reach your deployment.

1 Memory Integrity — memtest_vulkan, 48-hour continuous run. Any single-bit error at any memory address = reject. GPU memory errors are the #1 cause of silent inference corruption in production.
2 Compute Stability — FP32 matrix multiply at 100% utilization, 24-hour run. Core temperature, clock stability, and power draw monitored at 1-second intervals. Any thermal throttle event = investigate; any crash = reject.
3 Inference Workload Validation — Your choice of framework: TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, ONNX Runtime. We load your target model(s), run inference at your expected batch size and precision for 12 hours. Throughput variance >5% = investigate; >10% = reject.
4 System-Level Burn-In — GPU + CPU + memory + storage, all at 100% simultaneously for 8 hours. Ambient temperature at 35°C to simulate factory-floor conditions. This catches PCIe signal integrity issues, PSU rail droop, and thermal coupling problems that single-component testing misses.

Every system ships with a test report: GPU serial numbers, benchmark results, thermal plots, and pass/fail signatures. You don't have to trust us — you can verify.

3. Packaging & Logistics — Industrial Hardware Deserves Industrial Packaging

GPUs in consumer retail boxes get damaged in transit. We use anti-static foam-in-place packaging, humidity indicators, and shock sensors on shipments over $20,000. Every package is photographed at three stages: pre-pack, post-pack, and loaded on pallet.

Shipping MethodTransit Time (typical)Best For
DDP Air (FedEx/DHL Priority)3–5 business daysSingle GPU, dev kits, evaluation units
DDP Air Freight5–8 business days4–8 GPU server configurations, palletized
DDP Sea Freight18–25 daysBulk orders (20+ GPUs), heavy chassis, immersion tanks

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle customs clearance, duties, and taxes. You receive the package — that's it. No surprise import fees. No customs hold. We ship to the US, EU, UK, Japan, Korea, Singapore, UAE, and Australia regularly.

4. After-Sale — What Happens When Something Goes Wrong

Hardware fails. It's not a question of if, it's when and how fast we fix it.

ScenarioResponseTimeline
DOA (Dead on Arrival)Cross-ship replacement immediately. Return label provided.Replacement ships within 8 hours
Infant mortality (< 30 days)Advanced replacement — we ship the replacement before you return the failed unitReplacement ships within 48 hours
In-warranty failure (> 30 days)Standard RMA — return first, replacement after verification. Loaner unit available for production-critical deployments.Replacement within 5–7 business days
Post-warranty / out-of-supportPaid repair or replacement at current pricing. We keep spares for NVIDIA GPUs going back 3 generations.Quoted case-by-case

One phone number. One email. One point of contact for every component in your system — GPU, CPU, memory, storage, chassis, cooling. No vendor finger-pointing.

5. Who QSCompute Serves

We're not trying to be everything to everyone. Our sweet spot:

If you're a consumer buying a single GPU for gaming — we're not your vendor. If you're deploying AI at the edge, in a factory, on a vehicle, or in a data center — we speak your language.

What Our Customers Say

"We needed 40 Jetson AGX Orin Industrial modules with ECC memory for a railway inspection deployment. QSCompute handled the NVIDIA allocation, pre-tested every module with our inference pipeline, and shipped DDP to Germany in 3 weeks. No DOAs. No customs surprises. Our hardware team didn't have to touch a single GPU." — Industrial Vision OEM, Stuttgart

"Switched from cloud GPU to a QSCompute 4-GPU inference server. Broke even in 5 months. The pre-configured vLLM stack meant we went from unboxing to production inference in 4 hours. Support answered a CUDA version question at 11 PM their time." — AI Startup CTO, Singapore
